WHAT IS LIFE TRAINING?

Just like fitness training strengthens your body, Life Training strengthens your entire life. Over 4 powerful group online sessions, we’ll train in all 8 core categories of life using GoodLiife’s proven framework: HELP GROW (Health, Environment, Leisure, Purpose, Growth, Relationships, Occupation and Wealth).  We’ll also learn how to score your life.


Each session covers 2 categories:

  1. Purpose & Wealth – Define your mission and master your money

  3. Leisure & Growth – Make space for joy and personal development
  4. Relationships & Occupation – Strengthen bonds and level up your career
